The Class Representative may want to do more than just provide information to classmates and the university. The Class Representative may want to help create a ‘family’ atmosphere by using some of the ideas listed below.
Track birthdays, anniversaries of class members.
Encourage a class treasury for purchase of cards, gifts, pizza. Plan class get togethers. Organize periodic ‘carry in’ suppers.
Schedule class reunions after graduation.
