About the Program

The Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in Management (BSM) is an academic program designed for working professionals who are employed in businesses or public organizations. This program stresses skill development in the areas of management, decision-making, organizational behavior, financial planning and control systems, negotiation, and conflict resolution. The management degree specifically focuses on sharpening the quantitative skills necessary to be successful in a professional environment.
