The
admission requirements for the MSM program are as follows:
- A baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited college or
university verified on original transcripts sent by the institution
directly to Indiana Wesleyan University.
- An overall grade-point average (GPA) of 2.5 in previous college
work. (Official transcripts from all colleges/universities attended
for undergraduate work are required.)
- A minimum of two (2) years of significant full-time work experience.
To
graduate, students must have completed the following:
- All credits required in the curriculum sequence with a minimum
GPA of 3.0 and a minimum grade of "C" in each course.
- Payment of all tuition and fees.
- Applied Management Project that meets the specifications and requirements
of Indiana Wesleyan University.
TRANSFER POLICY FOR GRADUATE BUSINESS PROGRAMS
For the MBA and MSM onsite and online programs effective with new students starting on or after January 1, 2006, students may request to transfer graduate business program credits in accordance with the following:
- Transfer credit may be allowed for up to 6 credits from regionally accredited institutions.
- Credit may be allowed for core and specialization courses equivalent in content and credit hours with the following exceptions: the first and capstone courses of the MSM, MGT 510 and MGT 557 and the first course of the MBA, ADM 508 and the capstone course for the Applied Management Specialization, ADM 557.
- Credits may be accepted upon review and approval by Student Services in consultation with Academic Directors as needed.
- Applies only to courses taken prior to matriculation
