Facilitate the development of a shared vision and strategic plan for the school that focuses on teaching and learning (i.e., student results).Evaluate various leadership philosophies and styles and their influence upon the faculty, staff, and students. Students will compare and contrast management and leadership and the various philosophies and styles of school leaders.
