If you are a registered APS student, use the registration form found here.

Please read important class information regarding tuition, withdrawal, books, and deadlines.

  3. Please include your daytime phone number and email address, if available.

What class do you want to take? Refer to the course overviews and the class schedule. (Academic Information )
  1. Browse through the class listings and pick a class you have not taken.
(If you have questions - call your academic advisor.)

  3. Complete the course name, city, start date, end date and registration deadline date.
  4. Fill in the tuition total that applies to the class you have chosen.
  5. Find the book fee for the class you have chosen here. Materials fee must be included with registration.

What payment option do you want to use? (Financial Information)
  1. Tuition and books or total payment is due at the time registration is sent.
  2. Read the payment options carefully and check the appropriate boxes.
  3. If using Visa/Mastercard/Discover for material and/or tuition, include your number and expiration date and V Code.
  4. If using a voucher, send the actual voucher, not a voucher application.

If you fax your registration, please confirm that we receive it.

Remember: A registration without a signature (bottom of form) or book payment will delay registration in the class.

Class Information

TUITION
Tuition for on-site courses is $220.00 per credit hour. (Tuition for on-site courses in Cleveland is $230.00 per credit hour). Online Elective course tuition is $290.00 per credit hour.

MATERIALS
Material Fees vary according to on-site and online classes. Not all materials are the same for on-site and online. Each student must purchase class books from IWU.

WITHDRAW/REFUND
Official withdraw from a course must be completed in order to avoid receiving a failing grade and being charged. Email registration.change@indwes.edu to withdraw before the last class session. Simply not attending class, or just notifying the instructor or other students, does not withdraw you from the class. Students who do not withdraw before the end of a class will receive a "F".

If a student withdraws two (2) weeks before the course begins, all payments will be refunded.

If a student withdraws less than two (2) weeks before the course begins, a $50 processing fee will be assessed. All outstanding balances must be cleared before future registrations will be approved.

Students who withdraw after the first class session will be assessed 10% of the course tuition, and the book fee.

Withdrawal from a course may affect a student's financial aid. Call the Financial Aid Office for information.

CLASS MEETING TIMES FOR ONSITE CLASSES
Monday through Thursday classes meet from 6:00 PM until 10:00 PM. Saturday classes meet from 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM.

ONSITE BOOKS/MATERIALS
For onsite classes, homework assignments are usually due the first night of class. If you have NOT received your books one week before the class starts, please call 1-800-621-8667 opt #6 or 765-677-2854. (Books cannot be sent to P.O. Box number.)

DEADLINES
IWU policy mandates that students may not enter or re-enter a class which is in progress, is over, or is within seven days of starting. Thus, it is important to be sure your registration information reaches us before the 3-week deadline. Adjustments to your registration (changes or cancellation of changes) must be completed and approved 7 days before the day of the class start date.

Register early. Class size is limited. Tuition must be paid by the deadline date to ensure your seat in the class. You will be withdrawn from the class if tuition is not received by the deadline date. If you are using Financial Aid for electives, REGISTER EARLY! Because financial aid processing takes time, your registration may be delayed and cause you to miss the class.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS THREE WEEKS PRIOR TO CLASS START DATE.

Remember: A registration without a signature or book payment will be returned and will delay registration in the class.

If more registration forms are needed, copies are acceptable.
