Ways in which this class incorporates world changer ideas:

We begin the course by examining the presuppositions from which our study of history will begin.  I ask students to prayerfully consider the role that God has given them in the scope of history as they progress in their study of various individuals and events.I then attempt to draw attention to the various worldviews that drove historical figures to behave in a particular manner and ask students to compare and contrast these worldviews with the presuppositions outlined at the beginning of the course.  Hopefully, by the end of the course, the student will be able to identify the various worldviews that clash for supremacy in the current culture and understand  that it is unbiblical philosophies that drive human events away from the plans that God has for His creation.  With this in mind, I encourage students to change the course of history by dedicating themselves to the ways of God, as opposed to the ways of humanity.
