GOALS FOR THE FACULTY

        Enabling objectives:
      1. Develop curriculum specific devotionals
      2. Identify biblical principles for each course
      3. Train facilitators in presentation of truth
      4. Emphasize the message of love and care
      5. Ensure all facilitators have a personal relationship with Christ
      6. Use concept mapping in curriculum
      7. Create right classroom environment
      8. Develop content truth for each course

      1. Get materials to facilitators 2 months in advance
      2. Require all new facilitators to observe the class before teaching
      3. Require all facilitators to submit a notebook of class notes

      6. Train in how to facilitate for 4 hours
      7. Present concept map of each course
      8. Expect all papers to be returned each week
      9. Train in building a syllabus
